Blessed Portraits is pleased to offer a FREE service to your church! When you book a photo event with Blessed Portraits, you’ll have the opportunity to have a photographer on-site at your church to photograph all of your church members, individually.

Portrait Services

We provide professional photography services that can be used in church membership directories as well as serving as family heirlooms for members to cherish for years to come. We will plan for church members to utilize our free photo sessions by scheduling the most possible time for each individual/family session. All members photographed by Heritage will receive a FREE 11x14 of the image they prefer and a FREE printed copy of the full color directory as well. Members will only be responsible for the cost of shipping the portrait to their home address. After claiming your event dates with Heritage Church Directories, you will have a coordinator who will walk you through every detail of the project as well as help you promote the event at your church.

Member Directories

We provide custom, printed church directories for faith groups who book photography sessions. Your coordinator will help you with your directory timeline and by staying on top of the project, your church directories may ship within just 8 weeks post-shoot! This program also includes a complimentary promotional image of your church facility and includes the copyright release for the digital image. The full color directory is an opportunity tell the church’s unique story. It may include a welcome statement or letter from the pastor/priest, as well as history of the church, former pastors/priests, group and ministry information, along with the current members listing that includes their selected color image. your church directories can ship within just 8 weeks post-shoot! This assumes we receive all the necessary miscellaneous content you would like us to place in your directory at the time we photograph your members, and you turn all proofs in a timely manner. It normally takes about 8 weeks for us to design, proof, and deliver your printed directory after we receive all your miscellaneous content.

Digital Services

We also provide a digital version directory which can be updated quarterly as your church grows in addition to providing a printed version of your directory.

Each member photographed will have the opportunity to view all their images immediately after their individual photography sessions, pick out the one to go in the directory, and place any orders for additional prints.

Each member photographed will receive a free printed 10 x 13 portrait of their directory pose and a free printed copy of the finished directory as well as a link to the digital online version of your directory.

No waiting for any photo orders to arrive in the mail.

We will have professional quality dye sublimation printers on site that will print a professional quality print.

Yes, that is right, the majority of prints ordered will immediately be available for members to take home with them the day they are photographed.

*The free 10 x 13 and any larger than normal prints or specialty prints will have to be printed off site and sent thru the mail at a later time.

The church will receive a digital copyright released image of each member’s directory pose that can be used for any church related needs.

The church will also receive a digital copyright released image of the promotional image we take and any groups or teams we take.

The church will receive a free 10% overrun of the printed directory.

Additional hard copies of the printed directory will be made available at our cost to print plus 10%.

The digital directory can be updated quarterly for one full year after completion at no cost to the church.

Additional updates after the first year may be susceptible to a minor charge to update depending on the number of updates needed.
